Beirut Violin Shop was conceived to offer an end-to-end service for beginner and professional musicians. This is why we teamed up with some of the best violin, viola and cello makers in the Middle East to grant musicians the potential to order their customized hand-made instruments. Our clients can also preserve their instruments with regular maintenance and damage repair by our professionals.
Luthiery and Reparation Services
With the help of our master luthier, we build you custom made violins, violas and cellos. We also offer reparation services for all levels of instruments.
Reparation service include, but are not limited to, crack repair and gluing, neck projection and elevation, fingerboard redressing, thickness recalibration, and corner filling.
Instrument Setup
Every instrument requires a regular checkup and setup due to various reasons such as continuous use, climate conditions and time. We therefore offer various instrument setup services for beginner and professional instruments.
These services include, but are not limited to, soundpost and bridge carving and setup, nut and saddle height setup, peg and fine tuner lubrication and installation, endpin and tail gut replacement, string cleaning and replacement, and buzzing troubleshoot.
Bow Making and Reparation
To successfully play your string instrument, you need to have a good bow. Bow making and reparation are therefore considered an integral part of any string instrument making.
We work with skillful and highly qualified bow makers to customize your ultimate bow experience. We also offer bow reparation services that include, but are not limited to, eyelet and pearl slide lubrication, bow rehairing, silver polishing, leather and wire lapping, tip bone replacement, and bow straightening.
